What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and original condition to qualify for a refund, minus return shipping costs.
Do you offer fabric samples before I purchase?
Yes, we offer complimentary fabric swatches for many of our upholstered collections so you can see and feel the quality in your own home before committing to a purchase.
What kind of warranty comes with CHITA LIVING products?
Our furniture comes with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
Do you provide white-glove delivery and assembly?
While our standard shipping is curbside or doorstep, we do offer premium White Glove Delivery services in select areas which include room-of-choice placement and full assembly.
